Purchased Planium, but not given access to download it..

Went and paid the money for this module, but it seems the ordering process is so disjointed and otherwise broken that I don't have a login password, nor can I reset my password (with the email used to purchase) as instructed by support...

This is absolutely unacceptable and makes me wonder what it's going to be like getting even basic support if they can't even get me a username / password after I PAY for the module....

I think you might not receive emails from @uswebstyle.com and they are get into trash folder or deleted on your server of IT@stonecanoe.ca

Could you please add our domain to the whitelist in order to receive all email notifications?

As per Planium, we are really sorry that you didn't receive credentials into your Members area, so we've sent module in email.

When you whitelist our domain try to recover password here: www.uswebstyle.com/login and enter Members area.

Also, we've extended your plan + 1 month because of the problems that you had with download.

Let us know if it resolved the problem with entering members area.

P.S. About 1 month ago we'be already replied to you, but I think it didn't go into your inbox. Normally our support replies during 1 day after request
