Link not sent when Chat Module Purchased
I bought the Chat Module this morning and received a receipt from PLIMUS but no email giving me access to your download area.
Please can you advise

Right after purchase you should have received one more email from us, with access to download area.
If you didn't receive access, please go to any page of our website or Products page and recover password. Use the email that you've used while purchasing.
