Chat module is showing GMT, not taking system or user time zone in account.

I contacted aC team for this. Below is their response:

"activeCollab stores all dates as GMT. Time zone is set in Admin->General section, but each user can also override the default time zone settings in their own account profile. Based on those settings, activeCollab adjusts stored date/time to display it correctly for each user. Proof for that is that your milestones/tickets and other sections display correct local time.

If other (third-party) addons do not display the correct time, then it most likely means that they do not respect activeCollab's or user's time zone preferences in order to display the personalized, local time (probably just displaying the date & time as it's stored at the database)."
